Digital Radish Academy is our three-month intensive internship programme, where we seek out marketing’s best talent and train them into becoming award-winning marketers and account managers we call Radishes.

At the Radish Academy you will experience unprecedented exposure to every element of agency life – from the glamorous to the nitty gritty. The role is varied, with the successful candidate enjoying exposure to each team within the agency (content, creative, branding, account management, project management, campaign planning and strategy), with a focus on account management.

We plan to turn the position full-time, so you must be able to take on a full-time role following the internship, and there’s great opportunity for fast-track progression. Your role will involve a huge amount of on-the-job training, and you’ll work as part of the account management team, supporting account leads to deliver outstanding campaigns for our clients who are exciting technology and media businesses.

 

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

  • Three-month internship within the account management team with exposure to the whole agency.
  • Getting under the skin of our clients’ business to support on delivering successful, creative and integrated strategies.
  • Support the account management team; writing meeting notes and updating project plans to ensure projects run to time and budget.
  • Working with the content and creative teams on campaign strategies and execution.
  • Writing thoughtful blog posts and other types of content.
  • Supporting the content and social team with the generation and scheduling of social content across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Research key market trends to inform marketing planning. Creating meaningful reports, summaries and presentations.
  • Using email and website systems.
  • Supporting the team by helping with administrative work, including booking travel, answering the phone, stocking the team treats, team lunches etc.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • You’ll have a 2.1 or above from a top tier university.
  • You’ll be able to take on a full-time role following the internship.
  • A naturally sociable person, you’ll enjoy meeting clients and liaising with suppliers, influencers etc.
  • You’ll have a flair for assimilating lots of information and you’ll enjoy getting thrown in at the deep end!
  • You’re able to juggle multiple projects and keep all those balls in the air, and you’ll be well organised – with a focus on high quality and attention to detail for everything you do.
  • You’ll be ambitious, very switched on, and incredibly quick to learn – aptitude and attitude are the most important things for us.
  • You’ll be flexible, open to change and happy to roll your sleeves up across all areas of the business.
