We’re on the lookout for a junior-midweight creative copywriter – someone who is word-obsessed, full of ideas, and loves to get their head around complex technology businesses and products.

As an agency, we focus on technology brands who often have complex stories to unearth and tell. Your role will involve getting under their skin, unravelling the complex and turning it into compelling, clear, concise copy and ideas, including brand messaging, video scripts, campaign concepts, and long-form content like web pages and e-books.

Role & Responsibilities

You will:

  • Be part of a creative team developing bold, exciting and clear campaign ideas and copy.
  • Be just as comfortable writing catchy headlines as you would be writing 1,000 words for tone of voice guidelines.
  • Love both coming up with ideas and getting stuck into writing.
  • Care about the details, jumping right into our THRILLING debates about the placement of commas.
  • Make sure that campaigns are in line with tone of voice and are consistent across all marketing channels including long-form content, video, email, social, web, direct mail etc.
  • Take a brand strategy and bring it to life through brand messaging and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Support brand strategy projects through research such as target audience interviews, messaging workshops and competitor research.
  • Create compelling video scripts true to the brand/product message and work with the creative team to develop un-skippable videos.
  • Work closely with our Creative and Account Management teams to create top quality, long and short format copy that resonates with our mostly B2B audience.
  • Support on new business pitches, creating stand out copy and ideas that turn boardroom strangers into clients.


  • At least 2 years at an agency within a creative or marketing environment, preferably with some B2B experience.
  • English language is essential, including exceptional spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
  • Confidence in communicating ideas and delivering compelling copy content across print, digital and social media.
  • Can quickly understand a complex market, product or issue and provide your own stance on it.
  • Experience in making complex propositions clear and simple to understand.
  • A bright, sunny, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, plus the ability to work quickly under pressure with constant attention to detail, whilst always striving to produce the highest standard of work.
  • Experience of writing for the technology industry would be beneficial but not a deal-breaker.
