Book Keeper

Flexible part-time role at a fun, friendly marketing agency in central London! Digital Radish is a successful, young agency that has been enjoying strong growth and now needs a proactive, experienced book keeper/office manager to help us continue growing!

Requirements

Agency’s book keeping

  • Chasing (nicely!) clients for payment
  • Ensuring invoices are collected from the team
  • Reconciling Xero
  • Updating the profit and loss spreadsheet
  • Making payments and raising invoices
  • Personal tax returns
  • VAT Returns
  • Preparation of year end reports
  • Ensuring timesheets are correctly updated

What does success look like for this role?

  • Help the business better understand profitability by client
  • Help the business claim as much VAT as possible / well kept accounts and reports submitted on time

The person

  • Great attention to detail
  • AAT Bookkeeping qualification or similar
  • Must have bookkeeping experience
  • Must be able to use Xero
  • Proactive; and able to remember details of suppliers and P&L
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Positive upbeat person who wants to be part of a friendly team

  • A very flexible role in terms of timings. Hours to suit candidate – suggests 8 hours per day, 2 times a week – could be ideal for a Mum/Dad who wants to be home from school run for example
